Crocodile Nest is located on a citrus farm along the N4 highway. There are many accommodation options suitable for short-term or long-term accommodation in the Lowveld.Set in a large, tropical garden, Crocodile Nest includes traditional rondavels, double and family rooms and neat wooden huts. All units have en-suite bathrooms and fans. Some units also have basic kitchen facilities. The four wooden house units share a communal kitchen with braai facilities outside in the garden. Important Information
Crocodile Nest Terms and Conditions
- Standard check-in time is 14h00 till 18h00 and check-out time is 10h00. For early check-in and/or late check-out, please arrange with Management.
- All reservations are provisional until the requisite 50% deposit has been received in our bank account.
- Until such time as the deposit is received and a confirmation of booking is issued, we reserve the right to reallocate accommodation at our sole discretion.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- All bookings are subject to availability on confirmation.
- Provisional bookings/Reservations will only be held for (48) hours.
- All cancellations of Reservations must be done in writing by email. On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, Crocodile Nest B&B may refund the applicable amount within 3 working days, dependent on the situation presenting the cancellation.
- Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
- Any refund of monies for bookings cancelled is at the discretion of Management and is dependent on ability to re-sell the room(s).
- Deposit refunds in the case of cancellation of the booking by the guest are made at the discretion of Crocodile Nest B&B on the following basis –
• A 50% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur between 7 and 15 days prior to arrival.
• A 100% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur in less than 7 days prior to arrival.
• Last minute amendments to bookings will not be credited.
