1. Our welcoming was bad due to booking confusion between agency and Cremorne which we didn't enter anywhere on that but find ourselves in the middle of it and it was not a good welcome. Receptionist Afika should be coached a bit on bookings and be given lesson of how to solve their booking conflicts between Cremorne and Safari. they cant have different rates and when a client comes booked via... I love to see you attend your emails and booking a proper request please. I sent you emails cancelling the booking but I got no response from your guys and I cancelled the booking direct to Cremorne

I booked cremorne, through Safari for a weekend stay which was confirmed two weeks ago. When I arrive at Cremorne I was told that I have no booking and that they do not deal with safari. The person contact from cremorne is very old, I was left stranded. I also paid 50percent deposit which needs to be returned. The staff at Cremorne were rude and not in the least helpful.I am really disappointed... Read more

Love the location and service....... could improve on food maybe finding a chef, availablility of iron at the reception for guests and microwave for rooms especially for long stay guest.....other than that the establishment is GREAT🤗🤗🤗😘😘
