* All reservations require a 20% deposit pre-payment via Credit Card - MasterCard and VISA via the link that will be provided after booking, or bank transfer to South African or German bank accounts. on the date of booking, with the balance due no later than 28 days before the arrival of guests.
* For Last Minute deals, etc., with EFT or Cash payments, a credit card is required to secure the booking (unless FULL payment is made on the date of booking and proof of payment sent by Fax or eMail).
* The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
* We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
