Cancellation Policy
If cancelling 3 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 90% of the booking total
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 80% of the booking total
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the booking total
Conditions
Payment Policy:
A 20% deposit of the entire stay is required upon reservation confirmation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Please ensure you receive an acknowledgment of cancellation from reservations.
- More than 31 days before the arrival: Forfeit the 20% deposit
- 30 and 15 days before the arrival: 80% of the total
- 14 days before the arrival: 90% of the total
- 72hrs before the arrival and No-Shows: 100%
- If your credit card has been charged through our secure payment platform, and you later cancel your reservation, please note that we reserve the right to withhold refunding the card fees (transaction costs) in cases of cancellations or any situation requiring a reversal of funds to the credit card.
Postponements and Amendments:
- Postponements are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
- One (1) postponement is permitted without penalty if requested at least 7 days before arrival.
- If the new travel dates fall in a higher rate season, the rate difference will apply.
- Bookings may only be postponed within 12 months from the original arrival date.
- If a booking cannot be postponed within this period, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
- If a reservation is amended after full payment has been made and the number of guests is reduced, no credit or refund will be issued for the reduced number of guests. For any guests who do not arrive, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
No-Shows and Early Departures:
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date, or who depart earlier than booked, remain liable for the full reservation value.
