In the main house there is a well-equipped kitchen with two freezers, a microwave, oven, stove and a dishwasher. The open-plan living and dining area has a 55-inch flat-screen TV with a sound system and DStv. On the covered veranda there are dining and living areas, as well as a built-in braai area. The large, open deck has a natural saltwater pool in which there is a champagne seating area to relax on.

Well-behaved pets are welcome if arranged in advance. The cottage is fully fenced and there is ample secure parking available. The property has a top class security system, with surveillance cameras and security beams outside.
