Important Information
* Regretably, no children under the age of 10 are permitted.
* Guests will be fully responsible for the safety of any children accompanying them throughout their stay and for any inconvenience caused to other residents of the neighbourhood.
* Guests and their visitors must reduce noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents in the area, especially during hours when they may be sleeping
* Guests are allowed to receive a maximum of two (2) guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for not exceeding the number of
guests allowed,
* If guests want to spend the night at the property, they must be mentioned and approved during the reservation process and will be subject to any extra fee specified in the final price.
* Guests and visitors must follow the regulations and requirements that affect parking and have consideration for neighbours and their vehicles.
* Only one (1) under-shelter parking space is allocated to apartment 5. It is the car park, marked No. 7
* The waste bin can be emptied into the large bin next to the washing line /water tank.
* Guests are not allowed to leave the air-conditioning on when they are not in the house.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the property; please make use of the designated areas only.
* Animals are not allowed in this unit at all.
* Any damage or malfunction must be reported to the owner/manager as soon as possible. In case of non-compliance with this rule, part of the deposit will be reduced.
* The towels arranged in the bathroom may not leave the property
* Guests are allowed to use the braai facility. Firewood is available next to the braai area. Briquettes or charcoal are to be provided by the guests.
* Guests are to clean the braai area after use, i.e. empty the ash into the ash bin next to the braai stand and throw litter into the
bin.
* No criminal or illegal activity or illicit drugs will be allowed or tolerated in the unit.
* Before leaving the rental unit, ensure that all plugs, except the fridge, have been switched off.
* Check the fridge and wardrobe for any of your personal belongings.
* Lock all keys (including the remote control) into the lockbox.
