Important Information

* We require full pre-payment to secure your booking.
* Tariffs are subject to change without notice.
* Our payment terms are 5 days before the check-in date.
* In the event of premature departure, we may charge for the full original booking.
* Cancellation or date-related changes 0 - 4 days before date of arrival, or no-show – full invoice payable.
* Cancellation or changes 5 days or more before the date of arrival – cancellation accepted without charges.
* Please note that Cornerstone Manor will make the refund within 30 days after the refund was requested per e-mail.

* No credit will be given.

* A fixed banking & admin fee of 15% will be deducted from all refund amounts. This will be applicable for all bookings that qualify for a refund.
* No cash must be paid into the bank account; else the service fee will be added to your account.
* Accommodation might automatically be cancelled if the pre-payment is not received within 4 days of making the booking – but this does not relieve the customer of any liabilities in terms of its obligation relating to payment for the service provided as stated in the first paragraph above, or timely notification of cancellation or changes to the booking.
* No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation. Please avail these terms and conditions to your clients.

* Check-in time: Strictly 14h00 to 21h00.
* Check-out: Strictly before 10h00.
* Early check-in: A fee of R250 will be charged before 2 pm, by arrangement only.

* Late Check-in: after 21h00 a R350 late check-in fee will be charged. From 23h00, all bookings will be cancelled with immediate effect without notice.

* No smoking indoors – Please note that you, your company or your booking agency will be charged for dry cleaning of bedding, curtains and carpets if you disregard our non-smoking policy!
* Guests are not allowed to bring their hard liquor onto the premises.
* No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
* Right of admission is reserved at all times.
* No music and/or parties permitted on the premises. We also expect guests to respect other guests by behaving in a good manner, especially with excessive noise after 21h00.
* No pets allowed.

* Neither Cornerstone Manor, its owners, their agents, contractors or employees shall be held liable for any loss, damage, destruction, injury or death which may be caused to any person or the assets, property or any other item of equipment or the likes thereof which may occur as a result of any foreseen or unforeseen event or any act or omission on the part of Cornerstone Manor, its owners, their agents, contractors or employees.
* The Terms and Conditions are deemed as being accepted on making any booking at Cornerstone Manor. By checking in, you also agree to our terms and conditions.
