Important Information
Kindly advise time of arrival (indicate flight numbers) so that we can meet and greet you at the reception for check-in.
Should you require a transfer from the airport, we will gladly organise it for you.
Please make arrangements for a late check-in if you plan to arrive after 18:00 (6pm)

’’’In the Peak season of Christmas New Year, we normally require a minimum of 5 nights unless we are in a position to tag the reservation with another booking.
For reservations made between 20 December and 03 January, a deposit of 50% is required to secure the reservation, and full payment required 12 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation received within 12 weeks of arrival will forfeit all deposits.
We strongly suggest that clients contract a travel insurance which will refund them in case of an unforeseen late cancellation.
