Important Information

Terms & Conditions:
Payments:
1. To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours after receiving the quotation.
2. The balance of the booking must be paid 14 days before arrival.
3. 100% of the deposit will be lost if full payment hasn’t been cleared by the bank 10 days before arrival.
Cancellations & Changes Of Booking Date:
- Cancellations and making changes to the booking date are only effective on receiving a written notification via email.
1. A percentage of the deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made.
* 25% of the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
* 50% of the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled 15 – 29 days before arrival.
* 100% of the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled 14 days before arrival.
2. 100% of the total booking amount is liable
* If the reservation is cancelled 14 days or less before arrival
* For early check-outs.
* For late arrivals.
* For “no shows”.
3. Making changes to the booking date will be dealt with the same as 1 and 2.
-Arrival And Departure:
1. Check-in time is any time after 14h00. It is a self-check-in procedure, a welcome letter with the check-in procedure is sent a day before the check-in date.
2. Check-out time is strictly at 10h00. Guests who check out after 10h00 am without prior arrangement will be liable for an extra night’s accommodation, as we will not be able to service the unit in time for new arrivals.
Security:
1. For your safety we recommend that the doors should be locked if you go to bed or if you leave the unit. All valuables should be inside the unit.
2. Coastal Living will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any belongings of guests.
3. On departure, please do the following:
* All windows are closed and locked.
* Make sure the doors are locked.
* Put the key back in the key safe and shuffle the numbers.
Pets:
* No pets are allowed.
Smoking:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the establishment. Guests must smoke outside.
2. Cigarettes should be discarded in the ashtrays only.
Damages/Loss Of Items:
* In the event of damage to the property or loss of items, we reserve the right to charge to repair or replace the item(s).
