Coastal Haven is a luxury holiday home situated in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Important Information
All rates are subject to change. Confirmed reservations will always be honoured at the confirmed rates. Any changes will be notified.
Up front payment for accommodation bookings is required. All reservations and cancellations to be in writing via e-mail.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur before 30 days prior to arrival when booking low or high season.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur in less than 30 days prior to arrival when booking low or high season.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur before 60 days prior to arrival when booking peak season.

All deposits and payments refunded is subject to a 15% handling fee
If rooms are not vacant by check-out time, guests will be charged for an additional day.
No smoking is permitted in any rooms or the rest of the house.
Out of respect for neighbors, noise levels should be kept to a minimum.
All accounts to be settled on arrival. We do apologize but we do not accept cheques.

The Owners/Management of Coastal Haven are not liable or do not accept any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damage done to any guest’s property.
Any damage to the property or its content should be reported immediately upon arrival to Owners/ Management. Failing to do so, guests will be held liable for any damage to the property or content.
The Owners/Management’s private residence is off limit for any guest to socialise on.
All entrances should be closed and locked at all times.
Please make sure you lock all doors (front, kitchen, trellis doors etc) of the house during the day and especially at night.
Unauthorized persons/visitors are not allowed on the premises unless authorized by management.
Our guests safety is our top priority and should you not comply with these rules, guests will be expected to settle the FULL account and leave the premises immediately.
Upon leaving, guest will be expected to leave the house in the same condition as on arrival. If guests do not comply with these conditions, additional charges will occur.
A breakage deposit of R 2500 will be charged a week before arrival but is fully refundable given that no breakage has occurred. This will be refunded 5 days after leaving Coastal Haven as staff need to check for any damage to the property/contents
