PLEASE NOTE: LICENCED CASH BAR AVAILABLE, NO BEVERAGE/ALCOHOL TO BE BROUGHT ONTO PREMISE. NO SELF-CATERING. Booking is essential. Availability not guaranteed due to high demand. The guesthouse is about 200m away from the dam’s entrance (and not on the water) with a street and field between us and the dam. We do not advertise a dam view, rather focus on our lovely unique sea-sand courtyard and tropical theme. No self-catering and food preparation facilities are available. Please note that breakfast and/or other meals are not included in the rate, but available to choose from a menu at additional cost. Please note reservation confirmation only upon receiving total 100% payment of total booking (Bookings only confirmed with 100% deposit). We make use of a bore-hole so our water is safe and clean. All (but one) rooms are upstairs & can accommodate 2 people only. Some rooms have sleeper couch for small children to share the room with parents. Please note prices are subject to change without prior notice and peak rate will be charged accordingly. Some independent travel agents and websites might have added commission onto our rates. Unfortunately we do not accept single night bookings over weekends, minimum stay of 2 nights. Should you book Thursday & Friday the weekend rate will apply for Thursday and not the discounted weeknight rate. Since we are in a residential area we are obligated to consider the other guests and neighbors. Therefore we can’t allow any noise, music, parties or group socials and braais. No liquor to be brought onto the premise – Licensed cash bar available. Arrival time from 2PM. Departure time strictly before 10am on day of departure. Failure to check out by 10am will be levied with R100 per hour charged. Right of admission will be reserved and no misbehavior allowed. Cancellation policy applies.
