Booking/Cancellation Policy:
More than 30 days prior forfeit 25% of total accommodation amount (cancellation fee).
14 – 30 days prior forfeit 50% of total accommodation amount.
Less than 14 days, no show, premature departure the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
