Important Information
A cleaning service is provided every second day for general cleaning only. Any additional days required will be at the Guest’s own cost of R400 per day.
The security deposit is R20000, the deposit shall be paid together with the deposit of 50% of the total amount to secure the premises, the released of the security deposit to the Tenant is within 21 days from the termination date, less any deductions due to damages caused by the tenant during the rental period.
