Maars Resort is a peaceful resort set in a tropical garden located on the central east coast of Zanzibar, on the Chwaka Beach and next to the Jozani National Park.Maars Resort offers 30 spacious rooms facing the ocean, all featuring a private balcony or a patio leading onto a tropical garden. Important Information
100% deposit required 30 days prior to guest arrival.
The Resort reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical matters or any other unforeseen circumstances.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance prior to confirming a reservation and accepting the terms and conditions of the Resort's cancellation policy.
Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather conditions are fully chargeable.
All cancellation or amendments must be acknowledged in writing by our Reservation Office.
Date/name changes/reduction in length of stay are not accepted and will be considered as a cancellation, hence the booking will be cancelled and a new reservation must be made.
The resort reserves the right to release the booking without prior notice if full payment is not received on time.
