About Chizu Guest House

Welcome to our guest house, the perfect location for an affordable family or group stayover, whether you're here for the weekend or weekdays. We're also conveniently located near various activities and attractions.

Our guest house offers comfortable and well-equipped accommodations that are designed to suit your needs. We have four rooms available, with two of them featuring en suite bathrooms and TVs, and the other two sharing a bathroom. All of our rooms and common areas, including the kitchen, living, and dining areas, are fully air-conditioned.

Here's a breakdown of our room options:

Room one: This extremely spacious room comes with an en suite bathroom, as well as a TV that has Netflix available. You're also welcome to bring your own Amazon subscription.

Room two: This standard room features an en suite bathroom and a TV with both Netflix and DSTV (local and international channels) available. You're also welcome to bring your own Amazon subscription.

Room three & four: These rooms share a bathroom. Room three is perfect for children between the ages of 2-17.
Our living area also features a main TV with Apple TV, which comes with active subscriptions to Netflix and DSTV streaming. Guests are welcome to bring their own streaming subscriptions, such as Amazon.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and stove, and we provide setup cookware sets and cutlery for your use. We also offer general cleaning items and simple cooking supplies, such as cooking oil, salt, and paper. There are two BBQ/Braai areas that you can use during your stay. A grocery shop is only a five minute drive away from the house.

During your stay with us, we have a co-host and caretaker available on the premises to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable experience. We look forward to hosting you!

Important Information

Welcome to our guest house! We want to make sure that all of our guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay, and that our property is well-maintained for future guests. Please read and follow these rules and guidelines to ensure that your stay is pleasant and hassle-free.

Accommodation and Occupancy:

Our guest house accommodates a maximum of 9 guests, with a preferred setup of 6 adults and 3 children between the ages of 2 and 17 years old.
Check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
The common spaces of the guest house are cleaned daily between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM by our caretaker.
Permitted Activities and Items:

We allow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors during these times.
Smoking is only allowed outside the guest house.
We do not allow pets, commercial photography, parties or events, excessive noise at any time, parking of vehicles on the street, or daytime visitors after 10:00 PM.
Only two vehicles are allowed to park on the premises, with an additional third parking spot allocated for your day visitors.

Violation of Rules and Guidelines:

Violation of any of these rules and guidelines may result in additional charges, early termination of your stay, or eviction without a refund.
You will be held responsible for any damages or losses caused to the guest house property or its contents during your stay.
