Chesapeake Bay 42 is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom first-floor unit that sleeps 6 adults.The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and the second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and then there is a sleeper couch in the lounge.Both bedrooms and lounge are fitted with standing fans.The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and washing machine, as well as a kitchen nook with seating for two.The modern lounge suite seats

House Rules
A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.
Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that more guests are staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are not allowed.
Please further be advised that this unit has a flat-screen TV with an open view decoder, so should you want to watch DSTV, please bring with your own DSTV decoder, smartcard and cables, or else hire one from the local supplier in Margate. (no PVR/ Explora)
Please bring with beach towels. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with you dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
