Important Information
The balance payment must be paid 14 working days before arrival.
1 month before the stay date: 50% of the deposit is refundable
2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of the deposit is refundable.
Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the deposit is refundable.
A non-refundable admin charge of R500 will be levied on all cancellations.
This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee
An R250 postponing fee will be charged, with each booking being postponed, and no refund will be done if cancelled after the postponement. No postponements will be allowed 2 weeks before arrival.
