Important Information
Payment Policy:
* A 50% deposit or written arrangement is required within 48 hours to confirm this booking.
* No-shows will be charged the full price. There are no refunds for early departures.
* All other extras should be paid when requested.
* Vouchers must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, or interest will be charged at a prime rate of 1% per day.
* Damages in the room are immediately payable by the guest.
* If paid by EFT and the payment has not reflected in our account by check-in, the first night must be paid in cash or by card. Subsequent nights may also require cash/card payments until the EFT payment has reflected.
Note:
* Check-in time is from 14h00 - 22h00. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
* Bed options need to be confirmed 48 hours prior to arrival.
