Located beneath a private home (not in a noisy busy complex), the flat features its own private entrance and can comfortably accommodate up to three guests.
It offers two inter-leading bedrooms that share a modern shower bathroom—the main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a single bed. A kiddies’ bed is available on request at an additional cost.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities for a comfortable self-catering stay, and outside, guests can enjoy a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a braaier—ideal for enjoying the coastal vibe with a home-grilled meal.

For added convenience, the unit also includes covered, paved parking right at the entrance.

The flat is pet-friendly on prior arrangement – 1 SMALL DOG, NOT HIHGER THAN KNEE HEIGHT is allowed. Please note: no cats or birds.

Arrival and Departure cleaning service is R275 EACH, and payable WITH the Key deposit direct to the owner within, 24hours after your confirmation deposit payment of 50% was made.
If your arrival date is less than a Calendar month, the full amount is payable.
