Charltonland is situated in the sought after area of Ocean View, within the suburb of the Bluff, Durban, and is a short walk to the beach as well as the golf course. We as hosts stay on the property so it is not a party venue.Unit1The modern and spacious air conditioned one-bedroom flat features an en-suite bathroom, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen (Fridge, Stove, Microwave) with a breakfast bar, a lounge with DStv and a sleeper couch on request, and braai facilities by the unit. We overlook Anstey's beach which has excellent waves for surfing, bodyboarding, swimming and if the weather is right kitesurfing. The beach has lifeguards as well as safety nets. There is also a tidal pool futher along the beach.
We overlook the golf course and are situated within 800metres of the testing Bluff National golf course. We will offer a free game of golf to anyone who stays for 7 days or longer.

Apart from having a swimming pool available for certain times of the day, we are a short walk from the beach. The property is secure, and is nice and level ,
Apart from the warm, cosy flatlet their is a lovely tranquillity about the garden and the surrounding area. Having a sundowner on the verandah of Unit 2 listening to the waves is very romantic and relaxing.
We are record keeping, ensuring that safety measures are in place, hand sanitizing. temperature reading, asking and checking for symptoms. We also have implemented a 24 hour gap between guests.
