AppleCamp Ceres is an exclusive-use, pet-friendly campsite located on the Palmietvlei (apple and pear) farm near Wolseley, in the scenic Witzenberg region of the Western Cape. Positioned on the banks of a perennial river, the campsite offers a rustic yet comfortable escape.

Tucked away in the back corner of our apple farm in Ceres, you’ll find AppleCamp Ceres, a private, exclusive-use campsite designed for comfort, connection, and carefree outdoor living. Whether you're a group of 2 or 20 guests, our pet-friendly site is booked out to one group at a time, ensuring complete privacy and a peaceful setting.

The campsite features a spacious, grassed area with an electricity point, ideal for high-clearance vehicles, off-road camper vans, or caravans. An oversized covered braai area and a fire pit provide the perfect spots to unwind and cook beneath the open African skies. One of the property’s highlights is its perennial river, offering year-round fun where kids can splash and explore in safety and freedom.

Olive House Ceres is a charming family farm stay located on Ezelfontein Road in the heart of Ceres. This renovated farmhouse features three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps seven guests, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends. Guests can meander through the picturesque apple orchards, or enjoy swimming and fishing in the large dam just a short walk from the fully enclosed garden.

This newly renovated property is set on a working apple farm, with gardens currently being developed, including newly laid beds for vines and olive trees. Relax on the patio with long, lazy chats, enjoy breathtaking sunsets, and savour barbecues under the stars. Non-motorised craft are welcome on the dam, so feel free to bring along your SUP or kayak for some water fun.

Nearby attractions include the renowned Loxtonia Cidery, Matroosberg for snowy adventures in winter, and Klondyke for cherry picking in the summer season. Guests also have access to explore and walk the farm itself. For those interested in mountain hikes, passes and detailed information can be obtained through Ceres Tourism.
