Important Information
1 Kindly absolutely NO VISITING DAY GUESTS are allowed at CASA SIMELIA – the house is exclusively available for paying checked-in guests only.
2 We have a NO PET POLICY.
3 If you so wish, bring your own DSTV decoder & smartcard – CASA SIMELIA has a satellite dish.
4 Check-in from 15:00 and Check-out by 11:00 (Please provide us with you estimated time of arrival to ensure your access at the security gate).
5 Due to our guest access policy, we regrettably do not permit events such as large bridal preparation parties.
6 We do not accept 3rd party reservations. Please notify us whether you are making the reservation for yourself or on behalf of someone. Kindly provide identification.
