STAFF TIP
There are 2 staff members at the house. a Gardener and a housekeeper. The housekeeper is to be paid R220 and the gardener R100 per day. This includes your day of departure. Please ensure you have enough cash.
They work from 08:00 -17:00
ELECTRICITY
There will be complimentary power on arrival, thereafter electricity is for the account of the client.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
An R3000 refundable deposit for breakage/damage/loss needs to be paid 1 month before arrival. This is refunded 14 days after your departure date depending on damage/loss/breakage at the house.
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit.
No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights
