Important Information
Please note:
PAYMENTS:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance can be paid on arrival. A card machine is available at Reception, otherwise an EFT is welcome.
CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in time: 14h00 to 20h00 and Check-out: 11h00. Early check-in or late check-out may be permitted, dependent on availability and with advance request. Extra charges may applies and will be communicated with relevant guests. Prior arrangement to be made with the establishment for late check-ins after 20h00.
CANCELLATIONS
No shows or early departures forfeit 100% of total stay.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior the check-in date are charged at 100% total stay. In other words, no refund.
Cancellations 15 to 29 days prior the check-in date forfeits 50% of total stay.
Cancellations 30 days or more prior the check-in date will incur a 10% administration fee.
CHILD POLICY
We regret our property is not suitable for children younger than 2 years. Parents can share a room with children 6 years and younger, otherwise a separate room adject the parents' room must be booked. Please check with our reception about availability of such a room before booking. We currently have no family rooms.
ACCEPTED MEANS OF PAYMENT
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards and cash. We do not accept any foreign currency.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or any other area in the property. However, a designated smoking area is available in the courtyard.
