Guests have a choice of the spacious, multi-storey main house or the villa. The main house offers four bedrooms that open to a balcony and a loft room, comfortably furnished with king-size, queen-size and single beds. A double sleeper couch is also available in the living area. The bathrooms are fitted with a combination of baths and showers. The downstairs features a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room, TV room, games room and sliding doors that open up onto the grass.

The separate villa comprises two bedrooms, a kitchen and a TV room. The rooms are furnished with queen-size beds. One of the rooms has a rock bath and a shower, while the other only has a shower. The setup is of such a nature that it could be converted into a completely open space by opening the sliding doors of the two rooms. The sliding doors of the villa open to a balcony overlooking the pool, the garden and the ocean.

The house and villa share the use of a communal bar, boma area, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, all of which are accessed by a staircase from the villa.
