Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy leisurely walks on our private beach, or relax on one of two huge balconies, while watching the magnificent scenery.

Should you want a little more action, the estate has pools, tennis courts and mini golf to offer.

The Wild Coast Casino is less than 2 kms away, and guests get free access to the casino, with a wonderful waterpark and three versions of an escape game to offer. We are also very close to three golf courses.

The apartment boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher and oven.
There is a flat screen TV, with Netflix, Showmax, and Amazon Prime, free WiFi, free parking and aircon as well as a plunge pool and the most beautiful sea views from the balcony.

Bath and beach towels and bed linen are supplied.

The estate does not rely on Ugu municipality for water at all, as we have 2 boreholes on the property. This unit has an inverter, and as such, electricity is available during load shedding hours.

The apartment offers an outdoor fireplace.

Beach: Pristine 1 km long golden private beach, only accessible to residents of Caribbean Estates.

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is required to be paid via EFT one week prior to occupation.
A deposit of 50 % of your booking amount is payable when you make this booking, and the remainder is payable no later than a month before occupation.
This is a protected area, and various wild animals live here. Therefore, no domestic animals are allowed to be brought in.
No smoking is allowed inside the unit.
Quiet hours are observed between 11 pm and 8 am.
