Carved from the natural cave formations endemic in this part of central Turkey, this original cave hotel features an 18th-Century chapel and was once used as a school by a Greek priest. Decorated in local artefacts and niches carved into the old stone walls, the hotel has colourful rugs adorning the floors and walls, providing a modern touch.
