PRICES INCLUDE

· All other food & beverages.
· Massages and other outsourced treatments.
· Telephone calls, Tours, laundry, gratuities, shop purchases, DVD rentals and other personal expenses.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Booking terms:
· All guaranteed bookings must be made in writing and only written confirmations will be honoured.
· A 50% deposit and full credit card details will secure your reservation.
· We’ll kindly ask for the deposit to be paid within 5 working days after booking.
· Deposits are only refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 45 days prior to date of arrival.
· Except, no deposits can be refunded for reservations, made for the period from December 19th – January 10th.
· Cash paying guests: expected balance of accommodation account is payable in full on the day of arrival.
· Credit Card paying guests: expected balance of accommodation account will be authorised on your Credit Card upon arrival.
· Bookings made less than 15 days prior to date of arrival must be paid in full immediately.
· No guest will be allowed to check into the hotel unless the accommodation on a bed & breakfast basis and all other pre-booked meals and services are paid or guaranteed for in full.
· Provisional reservations will be held for a maximum of 5 days, after which, if no confirmation and deposit are received, the provisional reservation will be released.
· We regret, no children allowed under the age of 12, unless the entire Lodge has been booked by the same party.
· Children 12 – 15 sleep for free in the parents room/Children between 16-17 years are considered a third person in the parents room.
Airport Transfer (each way)
· Airport pick-up in luxury SUV: ZAR 450,00/per way/2 pax (3rd & 4th person ZAR 750,00) – we kindly ask for one week prior notice.
