Elite Residences apartment is located on the 7th floor of the Cape Royale Residence in Green Point, Cape Town.
This luxury sea facing modern penthouse can accommodate up to eight guests (7 adults and 1 child or 6 adults and 2 children). It features Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two of which have balconies that enjoy spectacular views of the city and the sea. Living areas comprise of a lounge with balcony, double volume dining room and bar/breakfast nook and a fully equipped kitchen for those wishing to self cater.
There are three restaurants on the apartment building, a bar, a swimming pool, a spa, and secure parking.

Furthermore, Elite Residences shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage or accident of any of the guests in the rental party for the duration of the stay.We strongly advise rental party to take out insurance, covering medical, cancellation, curtailment and default at the time of booking.
Security deposit in the amount of R6 000.00 will be invoiced prior to arrival and will be refunded by no later than 72 hours after check-out on condition that there are no breakages.
Only number of persons listed on the confirmed Booking may occupy the unit at all times.
Extra night will be charged if times are not strictly adhered to or prearranged prior to arrival.
Inventory list and apartment must be checked for any malfunctions or damages within the first 24 hours of check-in, to avoid any unnecessary replacement costs upon departure.
It is the Rental Parties responsibility to respect and take care of the property and its contents at all times.
Due to water conservation, bed linen will be changed once a week and towels every 3 to 5 days dependent on the length of stay.
Cleaning of apartment is performed on weekdays only and excludes Public Holidays.
Additional cleaning services may be requested and is chargeable.
Complimentary 10GB WiFi Internet is provided in the Apartment. Once cap is reached, additional data may be requested and is charged at R20/GB.
Please note that this is a self-catering apartment and as such no detergents will be supplied.
For your convenience there is a safe in Bedroom 1 of the unit, please ensure that all valuables are locked away. Elite Residences will not be held responsible for any losses whatsoever incurred.
This is a non-smoking unit, so please refrain from smoking in the unit.
No pets are allowed.
Refrain from making excessive noise after 22h00 in consideration of other guests in the hotel.
On departure, the unit must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
Excessive cleaning left for housekeeping will be deducted from the damages deposit to cover the cost of cleaning. see more
