The house has 4 en-suite bedrooms, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bedroom 3 is at the back of the house, no sea view, 1 queen size bed and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom 4 is at the back of the house, has no sea view, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

The house has no houses in front of it and has unobstructed sea views. There is a large deck that overlooks the ocean. There is also a stand-alone braai on the deck as well as a gas braai and a Weber braai. This house also has an outside shower.There is a housekeeper that comes in daily to clean.Campismo Ninho runs off a borehole. Notwithstanding this, there are 2 x 5000L tanks which can be operated independently should the necessity arise.There is also a generator which is capable of running lights and fridges should there be a power outage.

We have refundable breakage deposits R2500,This breakage deposit is payable to me before arrival Within 14 days of departure, I will refund (less breakages).

Cancelation Policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival 75% of the accommodation total will be refunded
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival 0% of the accommodation total will be refunded

Full balance payment and refundable breakage deposit required 1 month prior to arrival.
