Welcome to Camilla.Camilla is an individually designed 4 bedroom villa with plunge pool, situated in a safe residential area within walking distance of the beach and local shops. The through lounge diner is comfortably furnished and leads to the well-equipped kitchen area. There are three decks - all with sea views, as well as an upper and lower garden - plenty of places to hide and read a book! If we could we would live there all the time! The property is close to local golf courses & is well placed for access to Newlands by rail from Glencairn station

A refundable Damage/breakages deposit of R3600 is payable in addition to the rental cost.
Parties at the property are strictly prohibited.
Anyone not adhering to this rule will be asked to leave immediately & will not receive any refund for outstanding nights.
The number of guests must not exceed number on original booking unless previously agreed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Anyone not observing this rule will forfeit their damage deposit in full.
