This seaside spot is equally perfect for a family getaway during the school holidays as it is for a girl’s weekend away. The apartment has two beautifully furnished bedrooms, both with double beds for you to curl up on with a good book (or take an afternoon nap). Bed linen and towels are provided to make your stay even more stress-free. (But should you need to take care of a little laundry while you are here, a washing machine and a drying rack are provided.) Soak in the tub after a long day on the beach or pop in the shower to wash away the salty water after your swim, before settling down on the couch to watch a movie.

Take in beautiful views from the patio while the steaks sizzle on the braai, and the children play in the garden. Only a hop, skip, and jump from the beach, you have the ocean on your doorstep and a quirky seaside town to explore in Gansbaai.
De Kelders is also perfectly situated to use as a base to explore some of the other Overberg towns and attractions. Hermanus and its famous Grotto Beach is a 40 min drive away, and picturesque Stanford only 15 minutes.
