Terms and Conditions Below Apply Once You Make Your Booking..
1. Enter the property at your own risk.
2. We have panel heaters and extra blankets but if guest request an extra heater than they will have to pay an additional R100 for electricity.
3. Unit 4 has an aircondioner and if they wish to use it they will have to pay for the additional electricity or R100.
4. No liability will be taken by owner for any loss or damage to your property.
5. No loud noise or parties allowed.
6. Ensure that your unit is locked at all times when you leave for what ever reason or you will be held accountable for theft, loss or damage to the unit.
7. No smoking allowed of any kind inside our units.
8. Note you will take full financial responsibility for any loss or damage caused by you or your guests to any of our property whilst the unit is in your care unless damage or loss is caused by our staff.
9. Note we reserve the right to lay criminal charges or put you into ITC should you not honor any payments owed to us as a result of loss or damage to our property.
10. Note we reserve the right to terminate you booking immediately without refund if you do not follow the terms and conditions of your booking and our property.
