Bushveld Terrace Hotel on Kruger is a large hotel situated only 200 m from the Phalaborwa Gate to the Kruger National Park. The hotel offer guests and their families the perfect balance of modern sophistication and luxurious comforts in a wide selection of rooms. The guest rooms are all individually decorated and either overlooking the Bushveld or the majestic swimming pool and indigenous garden area. The rooms are all well equipped with modern facilities, comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms.
The Kruger National Park offers a variety of activities from the Phalaborwa gate entrance (only 200m from the hotel) including: game drives, walks and bicycle tours.
Conference facilities for up to 40 delegates can be booked with flip-charts, projector, white board and Wi-Fi.
We have a children's play area and swimming pool at the hotel.

Important Information
Terms & Conditions:
A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation with the balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
Rates include accommodation and breakfast, tea & coffee station, Wi-fi, TV with 19 DSTV Channels.
Rates include 14% V.A.T.
Check-in time is between 1-7pm on the day of arrival. Later arrivals must be pre-arranged.
Check out time is 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
When extending a reservation, extra days will be charged at the rate applicable on that specific day.
In the event of a guest not checking in on the first night of the reservation without notification, the accommodation will not be held for the number of days already paid for.
Payment for extras can be made on departure from the hotel. Extras would be everything other than accommodation i.e. activities, meals (other than breakfast), drinks, picnics.
The single supplement rate applies for one person in the room and includes breakfast for that person only. If two people share the room, the published room rate will apply and should be settled on departure from the hotel or guesthouse.
The family suites can accommodate 2 adults & 2 children under 16 years of age due to the size of the day beds.
Booking and Payment Policy:
A 50% deposit is required within 72 hours from the time the reservation is made in order to secure the booking. If the deposit payment is not received within this time frame the booking will be released without prior notice.
The 50% balance payment is payable up to but no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
If the booking is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within 24 hours.
During peak periods a non-refundable 50% deposit is required within 72 hours of making the booking, to secure your reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival 100% payment is required within 24 hours to secure the booking. Failure to do so will result in the booking being cancelled.
A minimum 2 night stay is required from 15 December – 6 January of each year.
Cancellations must be notified via email, and will only be effective when it is received in writing.
