The camp is in an intimate setting and has only a couple of staff members who provide guiding, cooking and maintenance. The layout is intended to suit small groups, couples, and solo travellers.

Important Information
OUR RATES INCLUDE:
• Secure parking at the Olifants West Gate
• Transfer from the gate to the camp
• Welcome drink
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Coffee Station, Table Juice and Water
• Daily housekeeping
• Morning game drive with a coffee break (coffee, tea and rusks included)
• Afternoon game drive with sundowners (snacks and one beverage included)
CHILD POLICY:
•No children under the age 13 years
PAYMENT POLICY:
• A 50% deposit is to be made within 48 hours to confirm the booking.
• A booking is held as provisional until the deposit is received.
• Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• If a booking is made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is due on confirmation.
POLICIES:
• Strictly no pets allowed on premises
• Smoking permitted in designated areas
• Littering and feeding of animals are prohibited
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations only accepted inwriting
• 60+ days from stay = 0%
• Deposit forfeited within 30 days = 25%
• Deposit forfeited within 15 days = 50%
• Deposit forfeited within 7 days = 100%
• All cancellations must be sent to Bundox Reservations
• In the event that the reservation is cancelled, an admin fee will be levied equal to 15% of the
deposit payments.
