More than 100 different bird species, small game and mountain tortoises can be viewed, where guests are able to rest, relax, hike, climb, swim, or just lose themselves in the wonder of nature or in a good book.

Buitenstekloof Mountain Cottages offers Pomegranate Homestead, Aloe Cottage, and three other separate, private and secluded self-catering cottages in the kloof, each private and with its own breathtaking views. All the cottages are fully equipped with quality linen and towels, and elegantly furnished each with its own flavour and style, with large verandahs and indoor fireplaces, as well as outdoor barbecue facilities. Although secluded, the cottages are within walking distance from one another and are therefore also ideal for separate families and friends wanting to enjoy a weekend or holiday together.
