Situated in the heart of the Magaliesberg mountains, surrounded by a lush garden and green lawns, Budmarsh offers five-star accommodation, fine dining and conference facilities in a charming country setting a short distance from the historic town of Magaliesburg.

As soon as one enters the tranquil world of Budmarsh, the cares of the world dissipate. Allow yourself time to wander through our rose garden, enjoy a quiet afternoon fly-fishing or keep a lookout for the varied birdlife in the area.

Enjoy tranquil rambles through the lush surrounds, dips in the pool and for the more competitive, there is always the challenge of a game of billiards. Savour elegant picnics in our garden, a high tea under the old oak tree and a superb dining experience in the care of our executive chef.

The lodge’s wine cellar offers a selection of fine wines, our sommelier will assist with your wine choices and wine pairing. The Bud and Marsh Pub serves cocktails and refreshments.

Combining elegance and old world charm, each room contains antique furniture and is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, tea and coffee-making facilities and a minibar (stocked on request).

The bathrooms have a shower and a bath. Some rooms also offer an atrium shower and spa bath.

Conference Venues: Budmarsh has two conference rooms. Our largest room can accommodate up to 36 guests in a classroom formation and 22 in a U Shape.

Romantic: Budmarsh is an ideal escape for honeymooners or for a romantic weekend getaway. Offering picnics in our gardens.
