If for any reason you cancel your trip, you could forfeit the entire cost. Should you have to leave prior to completion of your journey, we cannot refund you the cost of the portion of the package you do not complete. In the eventuality of this happening, insurance may cover you, depending on the reason for cancellation and curtailment. Should Bubezi Guesthouse be willing to do any refund, 10% of amount paid to cover bank charges on full amount as well as a R500 administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
