The beautiful one- and two-bedroom units have patios with breathtaking views of the large garden and there is a pool with an entertainment area next to the river. It is a nature lover and bird watcher's paradise.
Unit 1: The open-plan one-bedroom unit have a double bed (or 2 single beds) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, table top stove, tea- and coffee-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv. There is a single bed in the lounge area for an additional Guest. There is complimentary Wi-Fi and a patio with braai facilities. Guests have access to secure parking.
Unit 2: This two-bedroom unit can accommodate up to five guests. One bedroom has a double bed (or 2 single beds) and the other bedroom has two single beds. There is a single bed in the lounge area for an additional Guest. The bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and basin. There is also a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas stove, oven, tea- and coffee-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. There is comfortable seating and a TV with DStv in the lounge area. The unit has complimentary Wi-Fi, a patio with braai facilities and secure parking.
Unit 3: This one bedroom unit has a queen bed (or 2 single beds) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas stove & oven, tea- and coffee-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv. There is a single bed in the lounge area for an additional Guest. There is complimentary Wi-Fi and a patio with braai facilities. Guests have access to secure undercover parking.
Unit 4: Is a Room with Private entrance from Parking area with two single beds (may be converted to King bed) with a Shower, basin and toilet. There is a small kitchen nook with a kettle, fridge & microwave with basic necessities like coffee mugs, cutlery and crockery for two guests - ideal for business person/s looking for save and secure room without any unnecessary disturbances from staff and owners.
Units get a basic cleaning service daily (no cleaning over weekends). Additional cleaning may be requested at extra cost. Laundry may be done at our local laundromat 3km from Bridgemead.
The establishment's tranquil location ensures guests can relax without the noise of traffic or city lights shining.

Housekeeping will service units between 08h00-12h00
Daily unit cleaning consists of our staff making beds and ensuring that the unit is neat and tidy. Additional unit cleaning may be requested upon arrival at an additional fee (dishes etc). This will be quoted on and is payable upfront.
Long Stays: One Bed & Towel change included. These changes will be done weekly. Additional Bed & Towel changes to be arranged with management before check-in and will be charged at R250/week or change. This is payable upfront. Each toilet will be supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per week
No item may be removed from your unit for use elsewhere.
Towels may not be used around pool.
Braai's and braai areas will only be cleaned once daily so please be consider other Guests sharing the same facilities.
If you overload the fridge/freezer, please give it time to reach its required temperature and do not set it lower as this will cause freezing up.
Kindly note that items going missing from unit will be charged accordingly.
There is open parking available for Code EB (Code 08) vehicles.
The braai/entertainment area is for use of all the units. Kindly consider your fellow guests.
Blue Security panic buttons are located in your unit. These will be pointed out upon check in.
Guests' laundry may be done at our local laundromat (Escombe or Paradise Junction) 3 km
Minimise noise after 9 pm - consider other guests, neighbours and the Manager on site.
Visitors to guests must not exceed the number of guests residing in the unit. Additional guest will be charged a per person rate (enquire from Management for more details).
Visitors to guests must vacate the premises of Bridgemead no later than 9 pm. Alternative arrangements may be discussed with management. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the guest being charged accommodation fees for visitors for that day and/or be asked to leave the premises.
Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE on the veranda only.(Ashtrays are in the kitchen under the sink)
Guests may not BURN ANYTHING in the units (Incense/Mosquito Coils, etc.).
INDEMNITY
When entering the premises, Guests do so entirely at their own risk. BRIDGEMEAD, its Managing Agent and/or its Owner/s, do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injuries to persons or damage to property whatsoever.
