Important Information

* We reserve the right to change the unit allocation should circumstances require it.
* Check-in and departure times must be adhered to at all times. Check-in is at 15h00 and departure is at 10h00.
* Reception office hours vary; for late arrivals, keys will be left at security.
* All units are non-smoking units. Smoking is only permitted outside the chalets
* Units are serviced every third day. Units are serviced daily at no additional cost.
Bedroom Unit and R150.00 per service for a 1 Bedroom Unit. Booking is essential 24 hours before service is required.
* Customer acknowledges that all quotations on services and/or prices are subject to change. In the event of a wrong service and/or price quotation,
Brenton Haven will decline the client's application for the services or product(s) in writing and submit a duly updated application form for the client's
approval detailing the correct services and/or pricing.
* Brenton Haven is our home. We kindly request that guests respectfully leave our accommodation upon checking out, just as anyone
would wish for a 3rd party who had stayed in their home. Please note that should our team be required to clean excessively upon a guest's departure
(including the need to clean cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery), then an additional cleaning fee of R200 will be levied.
* Should the unfortunate situation arise that damage is caused to the accommodation unit that any guest occupies during their stay at Brenton
Haven, as well as that accommodation unit's fixtures, fittings, furnishings, or equipment, then all repair works required will be chargeable in full
to the guest. Photo evidence will be taken by Brenton Haven and copies of invoices provided to verify damage costs.
* From time to time Brenton Haven Limited or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording in the Property and/or facilities.

Haven Limited or any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format
whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Brenton Haven Limited or such authorised party (as the case may be).
