About Bottlenose Guesthouse B&B

Bottlenose Guesthouse is beautifully situated on the coastline with breathtaking views over the warm Indian Ocean. Whales and Dolphins at play is a very common occurance, and our guestbook is signed with numerous ecstatic visitors who for the first time in their lives have seen these magnificant creatures up close. We are close to the world famous Wild Coast Sun (5min) and countless breathtaking nature reserves. The Lower South-East Coast of South Africa has a timeless trend towards a laid back, countryside existance. Various sporting fasilities are closeby, such as: a Bowing green, Golf

Beach: We are situated right on the ocean, about 50 met from the establishment. We have an exit from our beautiful garden to a lovely ""private beach"" where the guests can play, walk or just relax in the sun.

It was really convenient for our planned outings to the Nature reserve. The house was clean and tidy and the hosts were welcoming. The room was, unfortunately, a little cramped and took a beating from the early morning sun. Breakfast needed a little more care and imagination in the cooking. Port Edward is also not a good place for restaurants.

I would like to pass on a commendation for Bottlenose B&B. Graham Moore stayed the night and was most impressed with the whole atmosphere and service that he received.
