Important Information
* Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
* Quiet hours are between 22h00 and 06h00.
* A refundable damage deposit of ZAR 500 is required upon arrival in cash before the reservation.
* No Smoking in the rooms.
* Check-in: 15h00
* Check-out: 10h00
* We reserve the right not to refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
Kindly note our cancellation policy as outlined below:
All cancellations are subject to a minimum forfeiture of 25% of the total booking value to cover administrative costs and charges.
In addition, the following cancellation timelines apply:
* 21 days or more prior to arrival: 25% of the total booking value is forfeited.
* 14 to 20 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking value is forfeited.
* 7 to 13 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking value is forfeited.
* Less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-show: 100% of the total booking value is forfeited.
* All cancellation fees are calculated based on the total confirmed booking amount.
