A. Payment Conditions

1. Full settlement 7 days before arrival.
2. Please clearly indicate the following as Reference on your EFT (Electronic Transfer). See attached invoice. (N\A for LekkeSlaap & Bookings.com clients)
3. Proof of payment to be emailed directly. Upon failure to forward confirmation, we will not be accountable for the forfeit/cancellation of your booking. (N\A for LekkeSlaap & Bookings.com clients).
4. A link can be requested to pay via PayBridge.
4. Written cancellations up to 10 days prior to booking date will be accepted. No deposit refunds will be submitted on cancellations within the 10 days prior to arrival/booking date.
5. All breakages/loss to the unit will be to the account of the Guest/Occupant and will be invoiced afterwards.

B. Inside the Premises

1. The maximum occupancy of this premises is 8 people and must not be exceeded. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out \ billed.
2. Pets are allowed, if arranged with owners. (Preferably small dogs, if any damage occur it will be charged for clients account.)
3. Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden.
4. This unit is Self-Catering only.
5. No blankets, towels or any other items to be removed from the premises.
6. Leave beds unmade
7. Please make sure that all doors and windows are closed when leaving the premises.
8. When around the pool table, please use the area available for drinks and avoid placing any drinks on or near the pool table. Kids are to be supervised when using the pool table.
9. Gas braai - Please open and close the gas bottle after use. Please do not clean the gas braai grid with the steel brush. The yellow valve must be opened for use and closed after use.
Wood braai - Please bring own wood.
10. Combustion fireplace available for use, please provide own wood.

4. Additional services offered:

1. Daily housekeeping on weekdays, services only on Saturday’s, Sunday’s and Holiday’s must be arranged with owners and will be charged extra. (T & Cs apply)
2. The premises is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

E. General

1. Arrival Book-in time from 2pm. (14:00) (Can be arrange with owner if you want to book in earlier)
2. Departure Book-out time no later than 10am. (10:00)
3. The key will be found in the safety box at the front door. Code will be communicated
4. Please ensure the noise levels from any electronics (TV’s & Music) is not too high/loud, as to cause a disturbance to other occupants/guests in the area.
5. Please report any technical/electrical faults that may occur directly to the owner at 068 916 9853/ 082 454 4872.
6. All persons who make use of the premises, do so entirely at their own risk. The owner of Bluebell house @ 799 takes no liability for injuries, theft or damages that may occur during your stay.
7. Please leave the keys in the safety box when departing.
8. Please take note that the Guest/Occupant will be held financially responsible for replacement of all keys as well as door locks, upon failure to return the keys on departure.
