This resort is less than a leisurely hour's drive from the Abeid Karume Airport. To fly into Zanzibar, visitors take a 45-minute flight from Nairobi, which is the region's largest city with air links to virtually every major city in the world. From Dar Es Salaam, a city on the coast of mainland Tanzania, you can take a local flight to the island or choose to cross over by ferry. The trip by sea will last approximately two hours.
