We offer warm, genuine country hospitality paired with wide open spaces, big skies, and the simple pleasures of farm life. Accommodation is spread across a collection of charming chalets, family cottages, our much-loved Manor House, and the spacious Country House — allowing couples, families, and groups to settle in comfortably and make themselves at home.
Food is at the heart of the Blanco experience. Our wholesome, farm-style meals are generous, nourishing, and deeply satisfying after a day spent outdoors. Your stay includes a traditional country breakfast, a hearty lunch, and a four-course dinner served in our homely dining room. Our famous Blanco bread, baked fresh daily, has become something of a legend.
There is no shortage of things to do — or not do — at Blanco. Guests can enjoy tennis, swimming, squash, bowls, table tennis, horse riding, cycling, bird watching, golf, and scenic walking and hiking trails across the farm. A wood-fired sauna offers deep relaxation, while a massage therapist is available by appointment for those in need of extra care.
Children thrive here, with trampolines, playgrounds, tractor cart rides, and wide open lawns that invite adventure. For the more adventurous, 4×4 trails wind through the property.
Blanco also offers a fully equipped conferencing facility, the beautifully restored Blanco Barn for weddings, retreats, and celebrations, and even a private landing strip — making this a place where gatherings of all kinds unfold naturally and memorably.
