We use a 'subject-to-availability' system, meaning we don't hold rooms for every quote that we send. However, when the guest accepts the quote, We then decline all outstanding quotations for the same dates to avoid double bookings.

*Big Bay Beach House Terms*

Because of their standard of living, most of our guests automatically adhere to the general rules.
This is for the comfort of the odd-one-out.

*Refundable Deposit*
Kindly NOTE that the refundable deposit it will be refunded in 3 – 7 working days after you have checked out, please send us your full banking details one the email.

*Cancelations Policy*
• All no-show bookings or bookings canceled 4 weeks prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of the full booking charge.

• We charge 10% should you cancel ahead of normal cancellation terms.

Holiday guests visiting Big Bay Beach House agree to adhere to the following rules and notices: , the full deposit will not be refunded should you not comply with the below terms No. 1 - 23

1) Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it, the deposit will not be refunded should you not comply.
2) Remember to check the checklist when entering the premises and again when leaving the premises. Replacement costs for missing items will be deducted from your deposit.
3) No pets are allowed on the beds.
4) Washing machine can be used at an extra cost of R60 per load. Bring your Cleaning Materials.
5) Joseph is available to clean for all the guests at R150 per day.
6) No wet swimwear or dirty feet on couches, chairs, and beds.
7) Report lost keys immediately, contact Lorette at 083 626 6109.
8) No loud music or noise during the day, especially later in the evenings and early mornings, music must be stopped latest at 22:00 (10 pm) your full deposit will not be refunded should you not comply.
9) No washing allowed in front of windows or on balconies.
10) Out side camras are not to be switched off or overed at anytime. If this is brought to my attention your full deposit will not be refinded.
11) Place braai grids and drip tray outside before 10:00 AM if you want it to be cleaned.

13) Refuse removal: Please make sure that you know where and when to put your refuse for removal. Confirm with Joseph.
14) Security is your responsibility; do not allow strangers into the house, and do not place valuables near open windows and doors. Please ensure you activate the alarm and close all windows at night. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damages.
15) Treat this property as you would treat your property.
16) Bring your towels, dishcloths, and cleaning liquids.
17) If you break something please replace it (if possible) with the same cutlery as you found in the house.
18) This house can only accommodate 14 people; if it is brought to my attention that there are more guests at any time your full deposit will not be refunded should you not comply.
19) Please do not remove any bedding or couch covers from the house.
20) Please show Joseph before leaving the house that the TV, DSTV, and DVD are working in order.
21) Our DSTV is fully bouquet
22) No extra mattresses or bedding to be brought into the house, please.
23) No fires are permitted on the beach; your full deposit will not be refunded if this has been brought to my attention.

By paying your invoice you except all terms and conditions above and we have the right to with hold your deposit and you will forfeit your full deposit should you not comply with the terms above No 1-23.

Guests accept full responsibility and risk of any injury, damage, theft, or loss of rented property and /or vehicle resulting from the use of Big Bay Beach House accommodation. We will not be liable for any personal or physical damage, theft or loss, whether directly or indirectly, resulting from the use of Big Bay Beach House Accommodation.
