Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. A reservation will be held for 48 hours in anticipation of payment of the 50% deposit.
A minimum booking of two nights is required over weekends. Exceptions can be made for enquiries made within 48 hours of the intended stay.
Payment methods: Guests can make payment via EFT (Bank transfer) or in cash. Deposits are paid when making the booking and the balance must be paid before check-in.
Cancellation policy:
More than 1 month before check-in 100% deposit refunded
More than 1 week before check-in 50% deposit refunded
Less than 1 week before check-in No refund
