Renowned for its peaceful setting, vineyard and mountain views, it is ideal for anyone looking to relax away from city life.

Bergland can host weddings, with our farm-style lapa providing the perfect space for guests to gather and enjoy a braai on a Friday or Saturday before the big day. Alternatively, the lapa and all accommodation can be booked for birthdays or other special occasions, offering family and friends a chance to celebrate beneath majestic mountain views.

The main guesthouse has access to the lapa area which is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and full DStv. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, and washing-up facilities are also included, making it a wonderful space to unwind. Free Wi-Fi is available in this area, as well as a communal swimming pool.

Guests can choose from a variety of thoughtfully designed accommodation options. There are 10 beautifully furnished rooms perched on the edge of one of the farm's tranquil dams, each featuring a double bed or two single beds with crisp white bedding and towels, a private en-suite bathroom, and tea and coffee-making facilities.

Approximately 200 m from the wedding venue are four self-catering chalets. Two one-bedroom chalets feature a double bed with crisp bedding and towels, plus an extra single bed in the open-plan kitchen-living area, and make use of shared bathrooms just outside. The two two-bedroom chalets have one bedroom with a double bed and a second with two single beds, all with crisp bedding and towels, and include a private bathroom.

All chalets offer open-plan kitchens and living areas equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, kettle, toaster, electric frying pan, crockery, cutlery, and some coffee, tea, sugar, and milk. BBQ/Braai facilities are available for outdoor cooking.

Bergland Estate also offers a range of camping options for guests who want to experience the farm and the surrounding nature up close. Choose from standard grass campsites with shared ablutions and a communal swimming pool.

The luxury campsites provide access to a hot tub/splash pool, as well as a boma with a fire pit for braais. The luxury plots come with private bathrooms, electricity, and water points. There are walking and mountain biking trails. Please note that camping is not pet-friendly.
