Important Information
* Out of respect for the neighbours, noise must be kept down to a comfortable level. No loud music is allowed after 22h00.
* Please keep furniture, fixtures, and fittings in the same condition as at the beginning of your stay. In the event of any damages, you will be held liable for the replacement value or repair costs. (Please report damages and breakages)
* Berg & Bay will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, cash, jewellery, or vehicles during your stay.
* This house has an alarm system. Please activate the alarm if all the guests leave the house for a day.
* Keep doors and windows locked at night. Before opening the sliding security doors (shutter doors), please ensure that the shutters are in a downward position.
* The refundable breakage deposit of R1,000.00 is payable upon booking confirmation and will be paid back to you once we have done the inspection and cleaning of the house.
* Please leave the houses tidy upon departure.
