★★★★★ We booked a deluxe room via Safarinow and paid the amount due. We were then contacted by the lodge to sa that they have no deluxe rooms available. We then booked two double rooms for four people. We requested the one room with two single beds. Upon arrival, the room was not ready, we received 1 towel between four people.
